Jquery ui date picker

Description
when apply date picker for readyonly/disabled input field.
It will not work, which is right,
however it assign datepicker class to that input, when the field get unlocked,
it will never be able to apply datepicker again or destroy the current datepicker

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information.
