Bug in Resizable: 'drag' icon position is wrong

Description
I am using the latest jQuery version, 1.8.17
When I open a modal dialog, the "drag" icon used to resize the dialog ''is on the left'' (it should be on bottom-right).
Also, the mouse pointer does not change when I move it over bottom-right or top-left of the dialog window, trying to resize it.

It sounds like you're probably not including the stylesheet. If you continue having problems, please provide a reduced test case showing the problem.
