Description
Menu items marked as 'ui-state-disabled' are still available via keyboard.
P.S. I've posted the bug #8089, but this bug was closed without any proper discussion.

Please stop filing tickets. It should be very clear from the other ticket that we do not use this bug tracker for unreleased plugins.
