Selectable click to select broken when combined with Draggable

Description

When setting both Selectable and Draggable on a set of elements, the elements can only be selected using the lasso. The Cmd (or Ctrl) click no longer works.

I was able to verify this with the latest versions, but IMO its more of a feature request than a bug
