yearRange, allow the ability to invert the order of years

Description
Allow yearRange to be specified as '+10:-100' to invert the display order in the year dropdown box.
In cases such as selecting ones DOB it is more intuitive to the users for the years to be in descending order.
Currently only one date will show in the drop down when yearRange = '+10:-100'
