Sortable stops working after dragging to another frame

Description
if jquery tabs is inside a frameset, it is not working if the tab is dragged out of the current frame.

Thanks for taking the time to contribute to the jQuery UI project! What do you think the behavior should be when you drag a sortable outside of the frame? Seems like dropping the item might not be the correct behavior because the user might not know he is leaving an frame because it is borderless and looks just like the rest of the page.

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information.
