JQuery Tabs "jumping behaviour" in IE8 and earlier

Description
I don't know if this is a bug or not, I've been looking for a decision to this problem for a long time, and still to no effect.
Here is a link http://tinypic.com/r/2uzqmnr/5 to the video where it can be seen how the Tabs behave on postback (both synchronous and asynchronous) in IE8 and under that version. In other browsers (Chrome, FireFox, as well as IE9) everything is okay.
Please advise what can be done to correct this.

Sorry, but it's impossible to debug code though a video.
