Description
As far as I can tell, text buttons come in one shape - rounded rect. As forward/back are common functions of button navigation, it would be great to have these style options in your button design. Using a pict for this would not allow us to localize button text so a native right/left style would be a great enhancement.

Yep, can't figure how to add a pict here yet but look at the iPhone Mail app and when you are viewing a mailbox's list of email items, the header contains a left-pointing text button that navigates back to the mailbox list.

You should just add appropriate classes and styles.
Please elaborate on what you're asking for. Are you asking for buttons in the shape of an arrow?
