JQueryUi Dialog within tabs IE9

Description
I have tried to thoroughly debug this problem but I am getting no luck I believe the above jsFiddle shows a bug but cannot be sure, I leave the decsion on this in your capable hands.
My problem is this, when a simple HTML button is placed within one of the content sections of a jqueryui tabs, and when viewing in IE9 the ui.dialog no longer opens and no error is thrown. I have tried to keep the example as simple as possible and it does crash jsFiddle when the button is clicked. Again I can't be sure if this is a jsFiddle problem. but worthy of a look I thought

The dialog is opening just fine for me in IE 9. TJ, are you seeing any problems?

Your demo doesn't open a dialog so I can't see any issues you may be having. Please update your demo.
