Description

HTML encoding of foreign language characters

It's important to use the HTML character encoding, because of the encoding character is not as safety as we wish. It appears that the accent may create conflict with basic encoding character.

We have a case with DatePicker Ui FR

I can understand.

In fact, there is a problem with the accent because the HTML encoding is not used.

All of our scripts are UTF-8.
