Dialogs size is incorrectly calculated in latest Chrome dev

Description
This is probably another bug in Chrome dev. I'm using 21.0.1171.0 dev.
Try latest example:
http://jqueryui.com/demos/dialog/#modal-form
It will alternate here. Sometimes it will work correctly and sometimes it will display a vertical scrollbar when I click "Create new user".

It also happens on latest Chromium build: 21.0.1180.0 (142746)

I'm getting correct sizes consistently using 21.0.1180.4 dev.

I'm going to close this since there's nothing for us to do. Chrome needs to fix whatever broke. If they don't fix it and this bug makes it in to a stable release, then we will address it.
