ThemeRoller: Icon colors are slightly off

Description

When creating onw color theme, I picked color #009ee0, but generated result of an icon is something else #049ee4. I don't know if it is due compression or some other bug. See No image "picture.png" attached to Ticket #1

I just downloaded and got #009ee6 according to DigitialColor Meter.
