Datepicker: onChangeMonthYear does not trigger with ctrl+arrows / direct input

Description
when i change month and/or year of displayed calendar by ctrl+arrows or direct input to associated input, onChangeMonthYear won't trigger.
i would expect onChangeMonthYear to trigger in all cases when month or year is changed.
