Select other handle when dragging one past the other (2 handles)

Description
The current functionality prevents one handle from moving past the other. This is good, but we should drag the other handle instead.
This might mean switching the handle being drug to the other handle and following the default functionality.

Can you provide a use case in which the default ( current ) behavior does not work for you?
Ultimately we are trying to keep the core functionality as simple as possible and behave as a common user would expect. If you absolutely feel this should be apart of the core library, please feel free to create a plugin and should it become popular, we will consider adding this in.
