Description
Two things with this one.
- http://jqueryui.com/spinner/ There are two "Default Functionality" links in the menu on the right side.
- Should mousewheel.js really be included in the "Default Functionality"? It would seem to be this would be an extension similar to the "Time" demo.

#1 is already addressed: https://github.com/jquery/jqueryui.com/issues/8
#2 is correct, the default functionality (no options) are enhanced when the mousewheel plugin is included.
