Resizable, ui.size.width diff than ui.element.css('width')

Description

Capturing the final width of the resized element on the stop event, I discovered that

sometimes (mostly when dragging the handler back and forth too much) ui.size.width is different than ui.element.css('width').

Founding that ui.element.css('width') has the actual value, thus is safer to use.

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information.
