First tab changes content

Description
After few seconds first tab changes content to all html on page.
It happens when I use <base href="/" /> but it needs on some CMS for friendly urls.

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information. If that person does not reply within 14 days, the ticket will automatically be closed, and that has happened in this case. Hi bjorn_02, thanks for taking the time to contribute to the jQuery UI project. We are going to need a reduced test case in order to look into this issue, although in this case your problem is almost certainly #7822 / #8637.
