Tooltip Delay Option

Description

A simple thing but useful. I would love to have a delay option added for tooltips that if set will cause a short delay before the tooltips appear. Currently they are immediate but browser native tooltips have a short delay. This leads to a slightly different experience when replacing the tooltips.

It would be nice if this useful property for the 'show' option would be documented in the API docs at ​http://api.jqueryui.com/tooltip/#option-show.
