Resizing a scrolled area

Description
A "overflow:scroll" area which is scrolled seems to loose it's draggable area. See fiddle http://jsfiddle.net/whein/FvbUr/
Any idea?

Here's a reduced version of your test case: http://jsfiddle.net/tj_vantoll/xsj5t/, however, making an element both resizable and scrollable is very odd from a usability perspective.
This problem can easily be solved by adding a wrapping div and making that resizable: http://jsfiddle.net/tj_vantoll/xsj5t/1/. Does that satisfy your use case?
