Themeroller "Malformed URI String"

Description

I tried loading the jqueryUI theme I had just rolled back from the link included at the top of the css file but received the following error in the console:

URIError: malformed URI sequence

Please report ThemeRoller bugs at https://github.com/jquery/download.jqueryui.com/issues. However, that URL loaded fine for me and I saw the custom theme.
