IE 8 Crash when using IE 8 rendering mode, switch to compatibility mode

Issue with IE 8 getting crash trying use jquery drag and drop. IE 8 goes to compatible mode or get White Page of death. is there any fix for this?

This issue occur on jqueryui site it self.

Thanks for taking the time to contribute to the jQuery UI project. I was unable to recreate this issue in IE8. Which OS are you using?

Also are you doing anything in particular or does just loading the page cause the issue?

I'm using Windows 7 and IE 8.0.7601.17514, we are facing this issue on IE 8 only. but it works fine in IE 8 compatibility mode

I'm sorry, I've tried multiple IE8 installs and I cannot recreate this. If we get other reports of this problem in IE8 we can look into this, but we can't debug a problem that we cannot see.
