Description
Here is a question that explains the problem.
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19719261/jquery-ui-menubar-with-bug-in-core-arrow-keys-broken
The arrows keys are broken when we have at least two menus with submenus followed.
I think the problem exists in 1.9 and 1.10

This is definitely a bug in menu bar, probably a regression.
2011 version works perfectly
2013 has the bug.
The problem is solved for me.

You do realize that in both cases, you're using a version of jQuery UI that is from 2012, right? You can't just mix versions like that. If you need help, please use the forums or Stack Overflow. Menubar is not released and is not supported.

And do you realize the same problem occurs with jquery ui 1.10.3? Man, my report is done, you can ignore or just forward to the team that developed the menu bar. Thanks.
Both with jquery ui 1.10.3
Menubar has never been released, so it's impossible for this bug to exist in any version of jQuery UI. The provided fiddles mix three different versions of jQuery UI, so I wouldn't expect this to work anyway.
