en-IE regional setting for datepicker

Description
Could you please add a regional setting for en-IE in the datepicker internationalisation file? It should be the same as en-GB.

You can just create it yourself if you need it. We're going to be switching to Globalize with CLDR data and won't be maintaining our own locale files in the future.
