Dragging wrapped dialog

Description

Wrapped dialog changes his position when dragged.

But if body height is higher than dialog's, dragging works fine.

Wrapper CSS:

#wrapper {
 position: absolute;
 background-color: red;
 opacity: 0.5;
 width: 1400px;
 height: 800px;
 overflow-y: scroll;
}

JS:

var $dialog = $("#fff");
$dialog.dialog();
var $wrapper = $("#wrapper");
$dialog.dialog("widget").wrap($wrapper);

Use the appendTo option.
