Structure change in Scope theme download

Description
Hi,
Previously when i downloaded a theme with a scope name, it used to generate all classes with the name of CSS Scope i give. Today when i downloaded the scoped theme file, the CSS file jquery-ui-1.9.2.custom.css does not have the scope name before each class in
"Layout helpers". the Scope is applied only from "Component containers". It was
.scopename .ui-helper-hidden before and not just .ui-helper-hidden
Please let me know if there was a change on the structure in recent upgrades.

Those are unrelated to any settings, so they don't need to be scoped. If you have an actual problem to report, please do so at https://github.com/jquery/download.jqueryui.com/issues
