IE9b throws an error when parsing the minified bgiframe plugin, breaking dialog demos.

This is a bug in bgiframe, not jQuery UI.

External: Updated bgiframe to 2.1.2. Fixes #6190 - Dialog demos don't work in IE9 because of bgiframe.
