Theme on animated progressbar remains the same

Description

On the demo page and with downloaded themes, animated progressbar does not get the correct combination of colors, it's always ui-lightness's orange.

Also, when seeing animated progressbar demo and the theme is changed, the progressbar is no longer animated, it's the same default one.

There is no support for animated progressbars in the themes. That's simply a demo showing how you can use a custom background image to get the effect.

Ok, so assuming there's no support for theming animated progressbars, there's still a bug when changing themes and an animated progressbar is displaying a custom background (if you go to the animated progressbar demo page and change the theme, you will see how the animated background dissapears).
