Description
None of our supported browsers require prefixed border radius rules. Box shadow rules can be reduced to just WebKit. There may be others.

I have removed all vendor prefixes in https://github.com/jquery/jquery-ui/pull/845. Except for that one "-webkit-box-shadow" in jquery.ui.tooltip.css, because current Android (and Blackberry) browsers still need it.
Although, because it's not an essential style, it could still be removed anyway.
