Global test failure in Opera 12.12

Description

Running all unit tests with any jQuery version causes a global failure in Opera 12.12

Error reported is:

Uncaught exception: TypeError: Cannot convert 'iframeWin.QUnit' to object

This should be fixed in QUnit 1.11, see https://github.com/jquery/qunit/issues/318
