Description
Error on: IE7, IE8
Fine on: IE7 mode & IE8 mode

Create element on the fly contains swf object in iframe, when the dialog closed and removed, it crashes.

So for this ticket you're not saying that the browser crashes, just that a black box appears correct? I see the black box for a matter of seconds as described, but the browser still functions fine.
If so I'm not sure there's anything we can really do here. See #9067 and #9122 which are very similar problems.

When using IE8, open the dialog and drag, then close. A black block appeared in full screen and stay forever, so the browser lost it's functionality.

Ok I see it in that test case. It only seems to happen on Windows 7; I cannot get it to happen on Windows XP.
I'm not sure we can do anything about this but I'll mark it valid for now.

Since we've discontinued support for IE 8, we won't be fixing this.

Thanks for taking the time to contribute to the jQuery UI project. I was unable to recreate this issue in either IE7 or IE8. Are you just opening and closing the dialog? What OS are you running the test case on?
